Job Description

Relationship Manager (RM) focuses on acquiring new customers (individuals/builders), managing the entire loan cycle, maintaining high customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance, and cross-selling other products, all while meeting sales targets and nurturing builder/DSA networks for a strong, quality loan portfolio. Key duties involve lead generation (market/referrals), needs assessment, product explanation, documentation, process guidance, and post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
:

  • Source new home loan business from open markets, networking, and builder/developer relationships.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets for home loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP).
  • Develop relationships with builders, connectors, and DSAs (Direct Selling Agents).
:
  • Meet clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored home financing solutions.
  • Guide customers through the entire loan process (documentation, processing, approval).
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) through excellent service and timely communication.
  • Handle complaints, resolve issues, and manage early delinquencies.
:
  • Maintain high-quality loan books and ensure compliance with KYC/guidelines.
  • Ensure proper file completion and timely disbursement documentation.
  • Analyze performance, manage team productivity, and provide market feedback.
:
  • Clearly explain product features (ROI, fees, T&Cs).
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities (e.g., insurance, other financial products).
