Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Source new clients (SMEs, corporates, contractors, etc.) for equipment finance (construction equipment, commercial vehicles, medical equipment, industrial machinery, etc.)
Manage and deepen relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and cross-sell other financial products.
Credit & Risk Assessment:
Assess client's financial needs and creditworthiness by analyzing financial statements, credit history, and business background.
Coordinate with the credit team for proposal structuring, risk evaluation, and timely approvals.
Sales & Target Achievement:
Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets.
Prepare proposals and term sheets in line with company's credit and pricing policy.
Market Intelligence & Networking:
Build a strong network with equipment dealers, OEMs, and intermediaries to generate quality leads.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market feedback.
Operational & Documentation Oversight:
Ensure end-to-end execution of transactions from sourcing to disbursal.
Ensure all documentation is in compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
