The Relationship Manager acts as an interface between the company & customers.
*He/She should be able to offer customized insurance solution to the customers for all their financial needs.
Ensure all Training Modules laid by the L&D department are attended and certifications obtained
*Direct selling to the customers via appointments( Office/ Home visits)
*Ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and reverted within the TAT
*Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved - Ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call ( LMS) , Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis
*Ensure that MIS/ Reporting formats are maintained/ Updated on regular basis
*Be an Insurance solution provider for our customers
*Educate the Customer about the company/ channel
*Customer Servicing. - Ensure strict adherence to Human resource Norms
*Policies & processes.
Requirements
1. Excellent Comm skills and presentable
2. Minimum 2+ years of Sales Experience. Direct Sales Exp will be first preference. Can consider MBA fresher or 6 months to 1 year experience candidates for ALL Locations. Need some Good MBA fresher/exp Females for SURAT
3. Strong Financial Market and Life Insurance Knowledge
4. Graduate / Undergraduate- Minimum 12 pass
5. Should have job stability
6. Strong network base
7. Performer with good Track Record
Age - 20 to 37years
