Job Description
- Record customer information and implementation of service accordingly.
- Help sales team to close the client\xe2\x80\x99s requirement in a professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
- Collaborate with various Sales team members to meet business objectives.
- Teams KRA\xe2\x80\x99s deep drive and help them to achieve their goals
- TAT fulfill for any query from the sales team like new PO, Audit, Recce, Installation.
- Close eye on the production TAT and requirement.
- Coordinate with distributors and dealers.
- Resolving customer pre-sales and post-sales queries and escalations
- Close drive of Sales coordinators, Quality auditors, Field Officers daily work
- Must have the skill to understand customer requirements.
- Handling the overall CRM pre & post-sales activities.
- Excellent Negotiation Skills with Vendors & Customers
- Preparation of reports and MIS for use by management.
- Must have excellent English and Hindi language communication and writing skills.
