: As a Relationship Manager for Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, you will play a crucial role in our Small Commercial Vehicle (SCV)-Rural Auto-RA-Retail Sales department. Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong network of customers in the SCV segment, focusing on rural areas.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored financial products and services.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities, meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is essential.
  • A valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
  • Knowledge of the rural market and its dynamics is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven mindset.
