What roles can I do as a K-STEPper?
Relationship Manager - Treasury
Treasury Sales is the unit within Treasury that deals with all client transactions on Foreign Exchange (FX) and Interest rates, including advising on Markets, Risk Management and Derivative solutions.
- This is a markets role that combines with franchise building, and involves a deep understanding of markets, the factors moving them and in-depth analysis of each of those. The key responsibilities of the role will be as follows:
- Handling transactions as they flow through the bank, including hedging currency and interest rate risks, sustaining client relationships, growing the share of FX.
- Understanding of client businesses, risk management strategies and helping them navigate markets / exploit market opportunities
- Role also involves working closely with Consumer & Commercial Business Teams both on liability and asset to drive FX Business across their set of clients.
- Managing & develop a strong franchise and ensuring value to them
- CA/MBA in Finance/ Marketing with 1-3 years post qualification experience
- Passion to make career in markets
- Flair for currency research
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Ability and willingness to learn continuously in a dynamic market environment
You have a passion for financial markets
You are a 2020-2021 batch pass out of Tier II MBA College
Which location will I be placed in
All roles are based out of Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Mumbai and Pune.
How will I be trained?
? 4 weeks boot camp in all Treasury functions of the bank.
? 4 weeks of mentoring by seasoned markets professional to get you role ready.
