Working towards building the brand image of the company. \xe2\x97\x8f Business Development and Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with customers with the help of loan products and beyond loan initiatives. \xe2\x97\x8f Profitability Management: Maintaining & optimizing profitability for the branch through managing costs and building a superior quality portfolio. \xe2\x97\x8f Delinquency Management: Ensuring zero delinquencies for the branch by timely and effective collections. Preferred Profile \xe2\x97\x8f Minimum Education Qualification: Graduation \xe2\x97\x8f 1-3 years experience in Sales in Financial Services / Education / MFI / Mortgages / SME loans / Insurance Industry \xe2\x97\x8f Passionate for sales and experienced in direct sourcing \xe2\x97\x8f Influential communication skills in English and local language Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 925,950.35 - 930,000.00 per month Benefits:
