Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition & Sales:
Source new customers for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) through various channels like cold calls, referrals, and walk-ins.
Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA sales targets set by the bank.
Cross-sell banking products such as FD, RD, insurance, mutual funds, and other retail assets.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers.
Provide personalized banking solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Ensure high levels of customer service and query resolution.
Portfolio Management:
Manage and grow the portfolio of CASA customers.
Monitor account activity to identify opportunities for cross-selling or risk management.
Ensure zero leakage of income and maintain KYC and AML compliance.
Branch Coordination:
Work closely with the branch operations and service teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Participate in local marketing activities and branch-level campaigns to drive business.
