Serve as the main point of contact for customers interested in housing loans.
Build rapport and trust with customers, understanding their housing needs and financial capabilities
Assist customers in completing loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Guide customers through the loan approval process, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
Conduct detailed financial assessments to evaluate customers\' eligibility for housing loans.
Provide advice on suitable loan options, interest rates, and repayment terms based on customers\' financial profiles.
Achieve individual and team sales targets for housing loans.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell related products such as home insurance, mortgage protection.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and loan processing stages.
Ensure all required documentation is complete and filed appropriately.
