Education: Any graduation, etc with 0-2 yr exp
Excellent Verbal and written communication
Decision making skills
Proficient in MS-Office, Excel, Word
Should be flexiable for day shift (9 hour of login )
Comfortable of working 6 day a week and one fixed week off
Language required: English + Regional language is must

To ensure smooth handover and drive clients delight
Follow up with clients and respond to all clients queries
Regularly interact with clients
Develop good relationship with clients and personally take clients for site visits
Visit to market and assess competitive products
To carry out sales activity
Knowledge about the Real estate industry
Knowledge in product range
To develop a network of channel partners
Handle clients via different channels like (Telephone, e-mail) etc
Follow up with clients to close booking and collect payments
