Education

• Any Bachelor Degree, B.A, B.C.A, B.B.A, B.Tech/B.E, M.A, M.C.A, M.B.A/PGDM, M.Com, M.Tech

Key responsibilities:

1. Act as relationship manager for the Paid customers of NoBroker

2. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

3. Identify and assess customers\' needs.

4. Service customer in finding the right tenant / house as per the requirement of customer.

5. Dial outbound and attend inbound calls of customer and leads.

6. Use internal tools and methods to provide best possible service to the customer.

7. Negotiate with leads on behalf of customer.

8. Keep customer up-to date on the progress of his account.

9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

10.Go extra mile to provide excellent customer service

Training will be provided for initial few days for an employee to understand end to end process.

Who can apply

1. Graduates or postgraduates(fresher/experienced)

2. Candidates with good academics (75% and above)

3. Excellent communication skills

4. 0- 3 year of experience in e-commerce sector (not mandatory)

5. Target oriented approach with problem solving and presentable skills

6. Language required: English & Hindi (mandatory), Kannada/Tamil/Marathi/Telugu (optional)

7. Should be flexible for day shift- (9-hour of login between 8 AM - 10 PM).

8. Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekday.

NoBroker is a disruptive real-estate platform that makes it possible to buy/sell/rent a house without paying any brokerage. NoBroker was started because all of us believed that paying hefty brokerage cannot be the only option to find a new home. As tenants, we have been paying these brokerages year-on-year without seeing any advantage of the broker. The only reason he existed was that there was a huge information asymmetry in the market. NoBroker is a platform that removes this information asymmetry.
