We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to manage both
client relationships
and
channel sales operations
within the hospitality sector. This dual-role position involves nurturing key client accounts (such as corporate clients, travel partners, OTAs, and agencies) and developing sales channels to maximize occupancy and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hospitality operations, B2B partnerships, and distribution networks.
Key ResponsibilitiesRelationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and other B2B partners.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Understand client needs and recommend tailored hospitality solutions and service packages.
Conduct regular client visits, reviews, and follow-ups to drive repeat business.
Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
Channel Sales Management
Develop and implement channel sales strategies to grow revenue through OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), DMCs (Destination Management Companies), GDS (Global Distribution Systems), and other third-party booking platforms.
Manage onboarding, training, and performance of distribution partners and booking agents.
Monitor channel performance, set sales targets, and generate periodic reports.
Collaborate with marketing and revenue management teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and visibility on partner platforms.
Identify and secure new distribution partnerships in domestic and international markets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Sales, or related field.
4-7 years of experience in hospitality sales, channel management, or relationship/account management.
Proven experience managing B2C relationships and hospitality distribution channels (e.g., OTAs, travel agents, corporate accounts).
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Familiarity with hospitality CRM tools, booking engines, and revenue management systems.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with hospitality technology platforms like SiteMinder, Sabre, Amadeus, or TravelClick.
Ability to travel for client and partner meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
