Job Title : JSW Paints Relationship AssociateFunctional Area : SalesFunctional Role : Business Development - Field SalesJob Location : Tamil Nadu, MaharashtraEducation : GraduateExperience : 1-2 YearsRole & Responsibilities :- Understand products and the requirements.- Identify the potential market and Partners and ensure and explain them about Products and convince them to buy the Products.- Increase WOD (width of distribution) and DOD (depth of distribution) and expend overall market within the assigned territory.- Achieve the assigned targets monthly/daily/weekly.Skills & Experience :- Graduates in Sales and Marketing stream only.- Energetic and Positive attitude.- Experience in scan and pay or online wallet business is preferred- Experience in prospecting, product presentations, negotiation and influencing third party service providers.- Basic understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India with prior interactions with Merchants.- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.Personal attributes and competencies :- Demonstrated intense customer focus.- Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic.- Strong team player acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards.- Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing market conditions.- Disciplined in executing repeatable operational processes.- Sharp, analytical, and thoughtful.
