Your key responsibilitiesDB Compliance is seeking a highly motivated individual with expertise in managing regulatory compliance. Incumbent would be required to support Compliance department to provide coverage for Deutsche Bank. The role will focus on circular dissemination, MIS preparation, compliance advisory and monitoring and testing and will work closely with compliance team members.The Compliance Department seeks to protect the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s licenses to operate by promoting and enforcing adherence with laws, regulations, rules, expectations of regulators, the standards of self-regulatory organizations, and codes of conduct / ethics in connection with the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s regulated activities. Compliance also takes a leading role in driving a culture of compliance and ethical conduct in the Bank. A brief on the responsibilities are as follows:

• Dissemination of regulations on a daily basis
• Provide and prepare all applicable MIS for Compliance department in line with global Deutsche Bank/Compliance standards
• Administration of regulatory correspondence and circular dissemination through online system
• Maintaining of all regulatory/statutory correspondences in the online portal
• Co-ordination with external vendor for all technical issues pertaining to the correspondence and circular dissemination system
• Also constantly endeavor to ensure that the system is upgraded to fulfil all Bank and regulatory requirements by tracking and testing latest software and upgrades that can be used by the Bank.
• Perform DIBU Compliance monitoring activity
• The role will involve working closely with Compliance team members and also with business, operations to ensure that the regulations in India are implemented as per the firm\xe2\x80\x99s policies and standards, as well as local laws and regulations.
• The role will require to ensure consistency in approach with our global policies and procedures. The role will involve multiple exposures & stakeholders and will require evaluating & advising on new & existing regulations. It will also involve working with other legal entities within the DBAG Group in order to lend support to Compliance activities.
• The role will also entail regulatory risk management for the risk taxonomies owned by Compliance and Anti Financial Crime.

Your Skills and Experience

• Professionally qualified (CA/CS/MBA). Financial, regulatory and legal qualifications would be an advantage (FRM, ACAMS. CFA).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in regulatory and risk management functions with a financial institution or professional firm (preferably a Bank or NBFC).
• Working knowledge of banking/NBFC products and general awareness of applicable regulations
• Detail oriented and control focussed review skills combined with knowledge of regulatory concepts and their practical application in operational processes and products.
• The candidate should be \'Fit and Proper\xe2\x80\x99 as required under RBI regulations

• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills combined with the ability to articulate at a senior level.
