Identify properties and micro-markets
with high risks of marketability,
demolition, irregularities, violations,
residual life etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Create a database of negative / high-risk
areas in discussion with Business,
Collections and Risk.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong liaison with valuation & legal
agencies, brokers, developers and
government agencies to remain abreast
with real estate trends, new guidelines
etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Training & Awareness Program for
Business, Underwriting, Policy &
Collections.
\xef\x82\xb7 Project approvals (APF). Analyze new
upcoming residential projects in the zone
and facilitate its fast approval for funding,
subsequent monitoring etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Regular property visits basis trigger,
supervisory oversight, property audit
assistance etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Help in Developing a "Technical Policy and
Framework" and monitoring portfolio/
