About the job

Our Team: This is an opportunity to be part of the CHC Security team which handles the security of people, assets, information and product alongside Crisis Management. A small team which is result oriented and has a critical task of safeguarding/protecting Sanofi\xe2\x80\x99s people, assets, and reputation. Main responsibilities:

  • Functional responsibilities include:
  • People Protection/Physical security,
  • Assets Protection (Mumbai/Hyderabad),
  • Information protection,
  • Product/Brand protection (Detection/Identification/Investigation for Counterfeited products),
  • Market/Business understanding, o Supply Chain (CMOs) security, o Event security, travel security.
  • Be the single point of contact for every security related aspects for the CHC India affiliate.
  • Develop security procedures and policies in line with CHC Security Corporate.
  • Conduct Risk Assessment of India security situation,
  • Conduct Risk Assessment of Mumbai & Hyderabad sites,
  • Manage every Security expertise for both sites and attached staffs,
  • Coordinate Private security providers mission in securing both sites and staffs (Guarding, CCTV, Badge access, incident, alarms\xe2\x80\xa6),
  • Risk Assessment expertise of hotels and transport service provider and work closely with Procurement and Administration team to implement hotel and transport security standards,
  • Conduct security risk assessment and security risk audit of facilities and manufacturing sites regularly.
  • Be responsible for Security of CHC employees across the country.

2/3 Internal * Work closely with Human Resources and Administration to implement security measures required for security of employees.
  • Monitor and track on-going and emerging security threats and provide security advice to mitigate security risks.
  • Oversee security of all facilities in India, including manufacturing sites, and work closely with HR and Administration to implement security systems and procedures.
  • Provide guidance to security correspondents on security procedures and security measures related to physical security design, security incident reporting, guarding services, technical security, and crisis response.
  • Implementation of supply chain security program for transportation and warehouse.
  • Become point of contact for security support required by all international and domestic travellers.
  • Ensure security of short- and long-term International Assignees in the country
  • . Maintain and update monthly security report, emergency plans, security manual etc.
  • Good knowledge of security tools and security system.
  • Plan and implement event and executive protection for senior leadership as per corporate guidelines.
  • Implement Crisis Management and Incident response plan in coordination with crisis management team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support HSE in handling Emergency Response Team.
  • Maintain liaison with the law enforcement and government agencies, local French embassy and private security service providers. About you We are looking for a potential candidate to provide dedicated security support to CHC in India - High integrity, leadership, and relevant professional experience in Corporate Security.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience: At least 10 years of experience in People & Assets security with proven track record in building and leading cross functional team, Minimum of 5 years leading/working with geographically dispersed team members. Minimum of 5 years leading auditing program within a Security organization Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in emergency and crisis management.
  • Soft skills: effective communication skill (oral & written), capacity to develop a strategy thinking while managing operational ones, capacity to resist to stress and pressure, Sound judgment and ability to work independently with minimal supervisory oversight. Talent building effective partnerships and working collaboratively cross-functionally. Solid understanding of physical and reputational risk factors and methods for mitigating such risk.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to competently juggle numerous competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience managing subordinate, subcontractor, or vendor security integrator support to include all aspects of project planning, scheduling, subcontract scope definition and management. An acute sense of discretion and ability to manage highly confidential information.
  • Strong fiscal discipline and ability to expertly manage large budgets. Highly adaptable and flexible. A positive attitude and hunger for learning and growth. Creative and entrepreneurial. Demonstrated commitment to CHC\xe2\x80\x99s core values.
  • Technical skills: Field and IT security expertise, Data & information management, team & cross services management, tender process and negotiation skill Relevant work experience in technology companies highly preferred but not required.
  • Education: University degree in engineering, business school or equivalent.
  • Languages: Fluent in English.
