TTT for Sales Team:
Provide train-the-trainer sessions for all the State ASIs and Ensuring that the training
content is fully updated and implemented across all activation points.
On-Field Market Visit
On-field market visit to coach, train and analyze the training requirements.
LMS Training:
Deployment of training through LMS and ensuring 100% course completion
Maintain Updated curriculum database and training records
Manage and maintain in-house training facilities, equipment, curriculum database and
training records.
Determine Training Requirements.
Interacting with various stakeholders to review results and evaluate training
effectiveness.
Performance Improvement & Planning (PIP)
Giving feedback to the trainees and suggesting an action plan depending on the areas
of improvement and conducting PIP on monthly basis.
