Job Description

The work life will be:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

? Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence and drive growth

across the assigned region for Natural Marble, Kalinga, Terrazzo, and Porcelain

Surfaces.

? Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to create tailored

promotional campaigns, pricing models, and marketing strategies that align with regional

objectives.

? Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring effective

follow-up, negotiation, and closing of deals.

? Provide ongoing analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of market demands.

Client Relationship & Account Management:

? Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers,

contractors, and channel partners in the region.

? Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction,

loyalty, and repeat business.

? Address client concerns or issues promptly, offering high-quality support and solutions to

enhance customer retention.

Regional Sales Manager | Tamil Nadu

Team Management & Leadership:

? Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives (SEs) across the region, providing

guidance, training, and mentorship to help meet individual and team sales targets.

? Ensure that the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and product knowledge

to effectively present the companie's offerings to clients.

? Foster a high-performance culture within the team and provide regular performance

reviews, feedback, and development plans.

Business Development & Market Expansion:

? Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and markets to grow regional

presence and portfolio.

? Work closely with channel partners to increase product specifications and drive sales

within new and existing markets.

? Cultivate and nurture relationships with industry influencers to strengthen the company's

position as a market leader.

Revenue & Financial Management:

? Manage regional sales budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies and the achievement

of revenue targets.

? Monitor financial performance, sales forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to

drive profitability and growth.

Sales Support & Client Retention:

? Oversee pre-installation guidance and post-installation services to ensure the highest

levels of client satisfaction.

? Use client feedback to initiate corrective actions and improve service offerings.

? Monitor sales and product performance, making data-driven decisions to strengthen

customer relationships and improve retention.

Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:

? Continuously track regional market trends, customer preferences, and competitor

strategies to adapt and refine sales tactics.

? Proactively leverage insights to influence the company's strategic direction and optimize

product positioning in the market.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,800,000.00 - ?2,200,000.00 per year

Experience:

Sales management: 10 years (Preferred) Tiles industry: 6 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
