Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Surat. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all sales activities within the assigned region, developing and implementing sales strategies and plans, identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relations, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Sales Management, Business Development, and Marketing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and plans Ability to identify new sales opportunities Ability to manage and coordinate all sales activities within the assigned region Excellent leadership and management skills Proven track record of achieving sales targets Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
