? Minimum 12 years of relevant Sales experience, with 3 years in a People Manager role
Key Skills Required: Areas of expertise / skills
? Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities across diverse industrial sectors such as manufacturing, metals & mining, pharma, chemicals, food & beverage, and power.
? Expertise in promoting and selling comprehensive water and wastewater treatment solutions, including WTPs, ETPs, STPs, RO, UF, ZLD systems, and turnkey projects.
? Strong experience managing the complete sales cycle--from lead generation and technical discussions to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
? Skilled in building and nurturing relationships with consultants, EPCs, OEMs, and end-users to drive business growth.
? Collaborative approach in working with design, proposal, and execution teams to ensure solution alignment and customer satisfaction.
? Ability to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to maintain competitive advantage.
? Excellent presentation, leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
? Experience managing diverse markets across South India, with readiness to travel extensively across industrial clusters.
? Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
? Fluent in English and relevant regional languages.
? Prior experience in multinational companies is an advantage.
