Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic sales plan to increase customer base and regional/national reach.
Recruit, onboard, and lead a high-performing sales team through effective training and personalized coaching.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing clients, tailoring solutions to their needs.
Regularly assess and coach sales representatives, set clear objectives, and monitor their performance consistently.
Identify and address skill or knowledge gaps within the sales team through targeted development plans.
Conduct daily check-ins to motivate the sales team, track progress, and ensure quota achievement.
Manage month-end and year-end sales close processes efficiently.

Experience:
Cosmetics Sales and Training: 8 years (Required)
