Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world's largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the WPB-OI team.

Principal Responsibilities

  • To drive the strategy of INM RBWM OI Business proposition for the allocated market as per the Country Plan.
  • To acquire, maintain relationships and increase product penetration within Corporates with Global Mobility Desks, Shipping Companies, Immigration and Overseas Education Consultants by engaging with Key Influencers
  • To ensure overseas accounts referrals, year on year basis, to the OI priority corridors as per the CSP.
  • Develop a robust, diligent and compliant sales channel for the target market.
  • To ensure that the quality of the corporates acquired are in line with the strategic focus of the Bank
  • To liaise with the Group businesses (CMB & GB), MSF central team and CVM to focus efforts to increase HSBC product penetration within employees of the target corporates
  • To manage portfolio profitability by aligning sourcing strategy with the Groups target customer segment (OI Premier & OI Personal banking)
  • To liaise with product and support teams on a constant basis to enhance customer offerings and service delivery
  • To adhere to TCF guidelines and handle complaints effectively and within specified TAT
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree / Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher
