Degree Level: Bachelor's Degree
: Key Responsibilities

• Source and acquire new customers for secured business loans (LAP, mortgage, property-backed loans, etc.)
• Build and manage relationships with DSAs, channel partners, builders, and direct clients
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan products
• Achieve assigned disbursement, login, and revenue targets
• Collect and verify required documents (KYC, financials, property papers, etc.)
• Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for loan processing and approvals
• Ensure compliance with company policies, credit norms, and regulatory guidelines
• Monitor portfolio quality and support collections when required
• Maintain accurate MIS, pipeline tracking, and reporting

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, or a related field
• 1-5 years of experience in secured lending (LAP / Mortgage / Business Loans)
• Strong understanding of credit assessment and property-backed loans
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
• Local market knowledge and channel network preferred
