Role Overview
As the Regional Head of Sales, you will lead and scale
enterprise sales initiatives across your region. You will be responsible
for developing high-value partnerships, closing key accounts, mentoring
sales teams, and delivering aggressive growth targets.
This is a leadership role that requires strong enterprise/B2B2C sales
experience, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution capability. The
ideal candidate should have a proven track record in fintech, HR tech,
SaaS, or financial services sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive revenue targets for the assigned region
- Identify, develop, and close enterprise deals with large employers,
HRMS platforms, and payroll providers
- Build and lead a high-performing regional sales team
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with business
goals
- Engage directly with CXOs, CHROs, CFOs, and decision-makers to
establish long-term partnerships
- Manage regional sales operations, forecasting, pipeline development,
and reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and
Operations to support client success and product adoption
- Represent organization at industry events, conferences, and client
meetings across India
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a
leadership role
- Strong experience in fintech, SaaS, payroll/HR tech, or enterprise
sales
- Demonstrated ability to close large accounts and drive scalable
revenue
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable with high travel frequency and in-person client meetings
- Analytical mindset with hands-on CRM and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication skills in English (regional languages a
plus)
