Smartnode Automations Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for expanding our geographical reach and promoting and selling our home automation products and services to both B2B and B2C customers, including architects, builders, and end-users. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in B2B and B2C sales, preferably in the building materials, switches, and lighting industry, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and building lasting relationships with clients. You will need to be proactive, persistent, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Expanding the geographical spread of the product availability in the assigned territory Delivering presentations and demonstrations of home automation products and services to potential clients Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals Providing training and support to clients on the use of home automation products and services Collaborating with other teams such as marketing, customer service, and technical support to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of home automation solutions Building and maintaining relationships with architects, builders, and end-users Generating new business opportunities and closing deals Building effective relations with all channel partners Correctly identifying customer needs and presenting customized solutions Identifying and appointing channel partners, specifiers, and other professionals to expand the network Providing relevant support to the specification and sales teams Designing and organizing local promotional strategies through participation in exhibitions/fairs/meetings/electrician meets/architects and interior designer meets Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics preferred Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B and B2C sales of home automation products Experience dealing with architects and electrical consultants is preferred If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and a desire to contribute to the growth of a dynamic company, please apply with your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and skills.
