Role Summary/Purpose We are currently seeking Regional Sales Manager whose primary responsibility is to sell, retain and grow Fertilizer & Pesticides business Essential Responsibilities
Understanding the client\xe2\x80\x99s concerns, challenges and delivering solution to address those concerns.
Develop healthy opportunities, connect with customer and provide the right solution to customer.
Development of sales with existing customers by motivating sales team to work on new enquiries and negotiation.
Regular visits to potential customers and maintain the relationships with them.
Responsible to deliver top line and margin for the region with healthy pipeline.
Responsible for assisting Management in planning, selling products and coordinating the promotional events and campaigns or connect with the right customer along with team members.
Be overall responsible for new account development and expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory.
Responsible to handle Sales & service team and ensure them to execute the order technically well.
Responsible for team development and team training.
Qualifications / Requirements
Bsc Agriculture & Graduate from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Sales Origination
Minimum of 5 years of experience selling Fertilizer.
Industry knowledge and application knowledge
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Ability and willingness to travel up to 40% Additional Requirement
