Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Garden\'s Need Pvt Ltd. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities in the Eastern part of India for which the base location will be Kolkata. This is a senior-level position with a requirement of 7 to 10 years of experience in sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or in a similar sales role in the Plastic industry (preferrable).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of the sales process and techniques
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers and distributors.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company\'s sales targets in the East region of India.
• Manage and lead a team of sales executives to drive sales performance and ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients, dealers & distributors.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives
• Monitor the market trends and competitors\' activities to stay ahead in the industry
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track the sales performance and make informed business decisions
• Travel to various locations within the assigned region to meet clients and attend industry events.
