Step 3: Be a part of the team Webcardio (Gadgeon) ! EXPERIENCE Duties you\'ll be entrusted with: Responsible for team management in a State/Multiple State. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide coaching and training to enhance the team\'s performance and product knowledge. Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear goals for team members. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the region. Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with senior management to define sales targets and objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key pharmaceutical industry clients. Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Monitor and analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Provide insights and recommendations to adapt and improve sales strategies. Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management. Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions as necessary. Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical equipment technology and industry regulations. Train the sales team to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers. Manage the regional sales budget effectively, optimizing resources for maximum ROI. Contribute and maintain the documentation requirements according to the Quality Management System Expectations from you: Basic Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in any field Skills Requirements Business Acumen & Negotiation Skills. Should have demonstrable professional relationships with the doctors in the territory. Should have an outstanding performance track record. The candidate should be ready to travel extensively and should have good knowledge about the territory. Should have experience/appreciation for patient engagement and Patient Care initiatives. Good communication, networking, and negotiation skills. Aptitude for absorbing and discussing scientific information. Should be tech-savvy and comfortable with the usage of digital techs.
