Responsibilities

Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners within assigned territory
Assist in onboarding clients working in the generic market space of the pharmaceutical industry.
Consult potential clients and assist in resolving their queries
Report directly to the hiring manager about day to day updates on regional sales results
Track and report all sales activities
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction

Qualifications

At least 2 years of work experience as a sales representative/manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in working with generic distributors/wholesalers in the pharmaceutical industry.
An ideal candidate must possess good negotiation skills
An ideal candidate must possess good verbal communication skills
