Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies- Lead sales team members to achieve overall sales targets for the company.- IT solutions sales in Private schools in the region- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer/partner accounts- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers/partners.- Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency- Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board- Building Collaboration and Alliances- Building Referral programs with influential companies- Building a strong network of key stakeholders in the region at Government/ Banking/ Large e-commerce companies/ Educational Institutions etcRequirements:- Overall experience of minimum 12+ years in software solution selling.- Experience in selling and managing E-Governance, IT solution sales will be highly preferable.- B2B Sales- Engineer or MBA- Experience in creating and managing channel sales.- Experience in working with Banks as a channel partner will be highly preferable.- Experience in creating and managing a high-performance sales team.- Experience in setting up processes, Standard Operating Procedures, and continuous performance appraisal through relevant metrics.- Strong communication and team management skills- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.- Availability to travel all over the assigned territory.- Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field- Language preference - English, Hindi, and one local language.
