Our 200+ dedicated DECCO employees operate in over 40 countries. Job Summary: Decco is seeking a Regional Sales Lead in North America for its . TeleSense places digital sensors in customers\' storage facilities (silos, warehouses, sheds, piles, etc.) The sensors transmit data to the TeleSense cloud, allowing customers to understand storage conditions in real time and the impact they have on food loss and quality. As Regional Sales Lead, you will focus on building strategic partnerships with grain companies, coops, and ag retailers working with end user farmers to drive growth and revenue within the Midwest of the United States. Storytelling, building trust and having a relentless pursuit of winning through the sales process will be key to success. You\'ll be expected to work with cross-functional teams and always represent the best values of the organization. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for regional sales targets, KPIs, individual and team execution Manage staff, operations, and resources to deliver profitable growth Design and implement sales staff compensation and incentive programs to achieve their targets. Develop territory and key account strategy plans Monitor customer activity and improve customer satisfaction Manage relationships with partners to foster business growth and development. Accountable for focusing on sales revenue and building a pipeline through referrals, digital leads, and ideal prospect outreach Learn, follow, and monitor current processes to carry out responsibilities and also provide recommendations for improvements based on industry experience and client feedback Key Skills: Very familiar and power user of CRM system (HubSpot or Salesforce.com) Able to attract and retain sales talent Good customer rapport and presentation skills Very organized about tracking performance, sales funnel management and process management Able to work cross functional to align sales execution with the company strategy Proven track record of working with Ag Retail partners Ability to drive and travel (occasionally) to meet with potential and current customers REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of Business to Business (B2B) sales environment 5+ years of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems 2+ year in a sales leadership role Proven track record of working with Ag Retail partners Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects, prioritize, be independent, manage time effectively, and be a self-starter Experience working in the grain, potato, or seed industry desirable experience working in the agricultural sector required Must live within the territory, which includes all of the Midwest, United States We are one team, for maximum impact.
