- Regional Sales Manager in Koramangala.Designation/Position : Regional Sales ManagerCompany Profile : We are a startup ice cream manufacturer, Looking to create a market for b2b franchises. subscription & whitelabel in ice cream, The manufacturing unit is based in Koramangala, it\'s not a very popular brand but quite new.Position : Regional Sales ManagerExperience : 5+ YearsCTC Offered : 10 LPA / Depends on the experience, performance & competency level of the candidates.Location : Koramanagala - Bangalore- Experience in HORECA, FMCG, Distribution (Mandatory)- for a Regional Sales Manager for Ice cream for HORECA - Hotels, Restaurants, Caterer, Bakery, Clubs, Ice Cream Parlour and Similar Strategy :1. Offer Discounts and Free Samples : Offer discounts and free samples to restaurants to encourage them to try your ice cream. This will give them the opportunity to experience the product before committing to a purchase.2. Develop a Custom Ice Cream Menu : Develop a custom ice cream menu for restaurants that highlights the variety of flavors and toppings you offer.3. Create a Brand Ambassador Program : Create a brand ambassador program that rewards restaurants for recommending your ice cream to their customers. This will help spread the word about your product.4. Offer Incentives : Offer incentives such as free cases or a percentage off future orders to encourage restaurants to stock your ice cream.5. Participate in Food Trade Shows : Participate in food trade shows to showcase your ice cream to potential customers.6. Utilize Social Media : Utilize social media platforms such as Instagram and Twitter to promote your ice cream and connect with restaurants.7. Use Email Marketing : Use email marketing to send newsletters and promotional offers to restaurants in your target market.8.
