Job Description


Responsibilities :- Work closely with the Consultants and PMC for specking and Tender preparations.- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company\'s sales goals.- Implement effective sales strategies to win new business and retain existing.- Manage the entire life cycle of the new sale from Mapping to order closure.- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.- Maintain relationship and generate business from verticals like Real Estate, Hospitality, Hospitals, IT, Pharma, Fit-out, Commercial, E-commerce, Data centre and Global Accounts.- Develop long term sales strategies and work closely with the senior management to meet company objectives.Qualifications & Skill requirements :- MBA/Engineering Degree BE in electrical/electronics.- 12+ years of Project Sales experience in the Electronic Security Systems Industry.- Superior knowledge of Electronic Security Systems.- Strong in Vendor management, OEM relationship, Client management and good Market connect.- Thorough knowledge of products like Fire Alarm System, CCTV, Access control, Building Management system, PA, Boom Barriers/entry automation solutions, Intrusion systems and all other kind of electronic security systems including experience on Integration of all electronic security systems.- Strong relationship with Regional MEP consultants and PMC companies.- Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines on Fire and Electronic Security Systems.Behavioural Attributes :Analytical Thinking :- Is sought out by others for advice and solutions on how to best interpret and use information.- Discerns the level of pressure or influence to apply in each aspect of the analysis in relation to the broader context.Strategic Thinking :- Understands the position in the larger world context; conveys a thorough understanding of the Organization\'s/ Directorate\'s/Division\'s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats; identifies competitive differentiators.- Considers the bigger picture while setting priorities and the way forward.Negotiating :- Constructively works towards a win-win solution during negotiations.- Explores creative solutions with others to overcome antagonism and to develop partnerships.- Successfully leads negotiations with strong impact on one\'s unit.Client Focus :- Knows when it is appropriate to push clients to consider difficult issues and acts accordingly.- Determines strategic direction and long-term opportunities to best meet clients\' evolving needs.- Monitors, evaluates and as needed, renews the client service model and service standards.Achievement Focus :- Demonstrates the ability to challenge existing practices in order to become more effective.- Contributes to improve work methods, outcomes and team performance.- Generates results by acting in a focused way and within the deadlines, and finds ways to go around obstacles with minimum guidance.- Makes efforts to optimise process workflows efficiently using technology.Company Profile :- Leading Security industry through innovation.- Dynamic, fast-paced growing industry.- Employee friendly organization.- Flat structured organization.- Diversified client segment.
