Own and drive education loan disbursement targets for the assigned region.
Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with organizational goals.
Analyze regional performance data and market trends to inform strategies.
Identify high-potential markets and scale operations accordingly.
2. Team & Infrastructure Management
Build, manage, and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Relationship Managers (RMs), and Field Officers (FOs).
Oversee the development and expansion of physical and digital loan distribution infrastructure (e.g., kiosks, partner branches, school/university tie-ups).
Ensure adequate team coverage and resource deployment across key education hubs.
3. Channel Development
Forge and maintain strong relationships with key educational institutions, coaching centers, consultants, and student aggregators.
Expand and optimize DSA (Direct Selling Agent), referral, and partnership channels in the region.
4. Process & Compliance
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal credit policies.
Collaborate with credit, risk, and operations teams to streamline approval and disbursement workflows.
Implement fraud detection and risk mitigation strategies at the regional level.
5. Marketing & Brand Activation
Partner with the marketing team to drive brand visibility through on-ground events, seminars, and campus engagements.
Lead regional campaigns targeting students, parents, and institutional partners.
