Job Responsibilities:

• Handel to all Direct ASMs.

• Responsible for driving Direct team across branches and achieving the overall Direct channel targets.

• Digital campaigns: Developing and planning of monthly / Quarterly digital campaigns

• Monitoring: Tracking and monitoring of leads generated thru various campaigns and supporting branch teams for desire conversion of leads. Monitoring tele calling set up.

• Support: Support & coordinate with sales team for proper system support to ensure better efficiency.

• New Initiatives: To enhance customer experience through online / digital channel.

• Reporting: Sharing regular and correct MIS to sales team & management.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification - MBA and/or Professional Degree preferred

• Should have at least 4-6 year of experience of Sales/Marketing

• Should have good understanding of asset business

• Should be able to drive and work with a Team reporting to Line Managers

• Should be a Team player, Relationship person and should be ready to travel widely
