Key Criteria :
- An MBA (From Tier 1 Colleges) with atleast 4 yrs of experience in sales and product management functions
- Should be from Manufacturing, FMCG, Textile, Consumer goods, Paints, B2B experience and team handling experience is must
- Sound knowledge of products, applications, end user industry manufacturing processes and supply chain
- High quality analytical written and verbal communication, negotiation, decision making, and people development skills
Job Purpose : Ensure and support Branch Sales Deliverables in respect of Ludhiana, Jaipur, Delhi NCR
Principal Accountabilities:
1. B2B Sales
2. Sales and distribution for entire state of Delhi in Industrial division
3. Managing Key Accounts
4. Responsible for Branch operations
5. Financial & Admin Control / Commercial function of the branch
6. Managing people - 15 - 20 employees, 20 - 30 C & FA employees
7. Sales growth in terms of volumes and market share
8. Recruitment of Sales force / Front line Sales Staff
9. Training and development of sales personnel
10. Profitability and gross margin improvement
