RequirementsEducation qualification - MBA, BBA, MA English or Experienced Sales ManagerCommunication skill - Good in EnglishExperience - Above 2 years experience in sales.Job Purpose:
- To provide a comprehensive administration service to the estimating department.
- To play an active role in supporting all estimating activities and to provide the administration Cross Cover when required
- Responsible for ensuring that all records associated with the estimating activities are accurately maintained and administered.
- Responsible for accurate maintenance of estimating spreadsheets and records
- Maintaining Client Folders
- Supporting the team
- Customer Service - email, phone Checking documents
- Organised and efficient.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Team player with high level of dedication.
- Excellent communication skills ie. written and verbal communication. Strong organisational skills.Knowledge of all Microsoft office packages ie. excel, word, outlook, powerpoint.
