Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Amravati. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing existing channel network, developing new business, and leading a sales team. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. Qualifications Sales and Business Development skills Experience in managing and leading a sales team Ability to plan and execute sales strategies Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of agriculture and plant nutrition products is a must Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration or related field
