Here's a more detailed breakdown of the role: Key Responsibilities: ? Lead and Manage a Sales Team: Recruit, train, mentor, and retain sales team members (Team Leaders, Sales Executives). ? Drive Sales Performance: Ensure the team achieves sales targets and objectives, focusing on acquiring new customers and increasing business volume. ? Customer Acquisition and Retention: Focus on acquiring new customers for Current Account Product of Kotak811 and ensuring customer satisfaction. ? Product Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of Kotak 811's products and services, including current accounts, savings accounts and other digital banking offerings. ? Cross-Selling and Up-selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell other bank products and services to existing customers. ? Market Analysis and Planning: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop regional sales plans. ? Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance results. ? Multi-City Management: Managing current account team of multi-city with minimum 50 FTEs. ? Digital Banking Knowledge: Strong understanding of Current Account and other digital banking products and platforms. ? Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. ? Target-Oriented: Ability to set and achieve sales targets and objectives. ? Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues and challenges. ? Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve sales performance
