The person is responsible for Franchisee model LCO,Direct sales,lease line,bulk bandwith
Achieving Revenue Goals as per the AOP (Annual Operating Plan).
Achieving Collection Targets from the assigned Customer Base / LOB (Line of Business).
Developing strategies for Net Sub-Base Additions & achieving the assigned targets.
Developing strategies for Customer Retention / Churn Management & Win Back Customers.
Manage the P&L, ensuring financial targets are met & profitability is maintained.
Taking Special Initiatives for Cost Control & other Projects as directed by management.
Will be responsible for the AOP, P&L for the region
Will be handling 3 lines of business (Franchise Model - LCO model, Direct Points and Selling Internet Leased Lines (ILL) to SMEs)
