As the Regional Marketing oordinator , you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase market share in the region. What You\'ll Do Global Communication Execution: Lead the execution of the global communications strategy for MGID in the Indian market. Ensure that MGID\'s market position in India is clearly differentiated and resonates with target customer segments and personas. Collaboration & Strategy: Collaborate closely with regional and global teams, emphasizing a 360 approach to PR planning and execution. Propose and implement marketing strategies and initiatives to support both the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new ones Content Creation & Management: Spearhead the creation of content angles, article outlines, and press releases; oversee content localization to cater to the Indian audience. Work with graphic designers to develop high-quality promotional materials for events, ensuring they meet MGID\'s visual and quality standards. Media Relations: Identify, cultivate, and nurture media relationships and conduct regular outreach to maximize MGID\'s brand visibility. Monitor, evaluate, and report on media coverage, ensuring alignment with MGID\'s positioning. Event Management: Organize and manage both online and offline MGID events, right from ideation to delivery. This includes selecting venues, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that the events align with MGID\'s branding and PR strategy. Market Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct consistent research on the latest market and AdTech trends in India, with a focus on discovering growth opportunities such as client acquisition, B2B ventures, partner/affiliate marketing, strategic collaborations, and thought leadership avenues. Stakeholder Collaboration: Cooperate with cross-functional teams, such as graphic designers and regional teams, to ensure that marketing campaigns and materials are cohesive and aligned with MGID\'s global strategy. Requirements Who You Are Experience Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or public relations. At least 2 years of experience specifically in B2B SaaS marketing. Previous work in an AdTech company is a strong advantage. Proven track record of successful event management. Enterprise-level lead acquisition experience across various marketing channels. Demonstrated experience in using digital ad channels for lead generation. Skill Set: Robust digital marketing skills complemented by comprehensive digital advertising knowledge. Ability to articulate a compelling vision and translate it into practical, results-oriented action plans. Acumen for identifying and leveraging global digital advertising and AdTech trends. Strong visual aesthetic with a keen eye for content and media quality. Proficient in analyzing data to optimize campaigns and drive marketing ROI. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non- technical stakeholders. Proficiency in English - both written and spoken. Fluency in Hindi is a must. Preferred Qualities: Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and platforms. Familiarity with the Indian AdTech market and its nuances. Proactive approach to identifying challenges and formulating solutions. Strong organizational and project management skills. Knowledge of content management systems and SEO best practices. Will be a plus: Affiliate industry understanding - native segment (as a player of media buying team).
