A. Sales & Business Development (Driving Revenue)
? Target Achievement: Achieve defined monthly, quarterly, and annual net sales and AUM growth
targets for the Mumbai region.
? Channel Management (Dual Focus):
? Drive Mutual Fund and PMS sales across the region through the existing Wealth Network
Partners.
? Recruit, onboard, and generate business from new external IFAs (Independent Financial
Advisors) and Channel Sales Advisors.
? Strategy & Execution: Develop, strategize, and implement region-specific sales plans that are aligned
with the company's overall business objectives.
? Market Intelligence: Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and
continually enhance sales strategies.
B. Team Leadership & Development
? Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and motivate a dedicated team of Unit Managers to ensure
performance excellence and capability development.
? Performance Review: Conduct regular sales reviews to monitor progress and implement corrective
actions.
C. Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
? Relationship Management: Build, manage, and nurture strong, lasting relationships with both internal
stakeholders and external distribution partners/IFAs.
? Education & Awareness: Organize and conduct partner meetings, training sessions, and investor
awareness programs to strengthen product knowledge (especially on Factor/Rule-based Investment
philosophy) and sales effectiveness.
D. Compliance & Governance
? Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards in every sales and distribution
activity.
