Job Role:
Help qualified borrowers successfully obtain mortgages (Home Loan)
Educate customers on mortgage rules and regulations, interest rates, and the application process
Advise customers,
Collecting all documentation and information they need to process applications
Ensure all deadlines are met, addressing and resolving all application issues in a timely manner
Create positive, lasting relationships with our clients and build a referral network
Candidate Profile:
- 5 plus years in Mortgages in a reputed organisation
- Team Handling experience of more than 5 years
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Extra ordinary zeal to perform and deliver targets
- Ability to work with teams cross function - like property sales team, bankers etc
