Regional Manager - Sales (Franchise Acquisition)- Locations: Delhi | Pune | Mumbai | Patna- Experience: 5+ Years- Industry: Education / E-Learning- Role Type: Individual ContributorWe are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and result-driven professional to drive franchise acquisition, regional expansion, and quality management for K12/Preschool education.Roles & Responsibilities:- Identify, pitch, and onboard K12 / Preschool franchise partners in the assigned region- Drive franchise acquisition sales targets as an individual contributor- Conduct due diligence, feasibility studies, and partner evaluations to ensure brand alignment- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new franchise schools- Conduct regular school visits to monitor academic quality, infrastructure, and compliance- Ensure adherence to brand standards, operational guidelines, and SOPs- Plan, execute, and monitor regional marketing & admission growth initiatives- Supervise and support marketing events, promotions, open houses, and engagement activities- Act as a bridge between franchise schools and corporate teams for academic, marketing, and operational support- Develop and execute growth and expansion strategies for new and existing schools- Track performance metrics, admissions data, and market feedback to improve outcomes- Ensure all services and support functions are planned, delivered, and reviewed as per school requirements- Build and maintain strong relationships with school owners, principals, and key stakeholders- Provide regular MIS, reports, and updates to managementDesired Candidate Profile:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- 5+ years of experience in K12 sales, franchise sales, or education marketing- Strong exposure to franchise acquisition or school onboarding- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory- Strategic, target-driven, and capable of working independently (ref:updazz.com)
