Overall Purpose/Objective Of the job
To manage sales and service operations in the assigned region for the Packing & Bagging division, ensuring revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and smooth execution of service calls. The role requires strong sales acumen, customer relationship management, and direct responsibility for deputation and monitoring of service engineers.
Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve regional sales targets for packing and bagging machinery.
Identify new opportunities, emerging markets, and customer segments.
Support divisional sales strategies and contribute to overall business growth.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships in the assigned region.
Provide solutions-oriented support for new projects, retrofits, and after-sales needs.
Service Coordination & Deputation
Responsible for deputation of service engineers in the region.
Ensure proper coordination of service calls.
Monitor assignment of service engineers and track timely resolution of customer issues.
Oversee installation and commissioning of machines in the region.
After-Sales Business Development
Drive sales of spare parts and retrofits in assigned region.
Ensure service quality contributes to customer retention and repeat business.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Guide sales executives and service engineers in execution of responsibilities.
Foster collaboration between sales and service teams for seamless customer experience.
