The EDC Acquiring Regional Sales Manager will be required to build the business grounds up for his/her defined territory, by hiring and putting the entire team in place, and then managing the execution of the EDC deployment, transactions & GMV. He/ She will also be responsible for driving various VAS on EDC, keeping the accounts clean and managing P&L for his territory's business.
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities - Sales Planning and Tracking: . Setting up the EDC Acquiring Sales team from scratch (ASMs/ SMs as well as outsource FOSs) . Drive execution of the EDC acquiring strategy on filed in line with company's overall Payments strategy . Delivering on number targets (acquiring
xqyqz transactions and GMV) . Reviewing the sales target on daily basis with team xqyqz Discussion on DRR xqyqz and cross sell sales xqyqz focus on category xqyqz based on the seasonality. . Maintaining trackers of all the matrix xqyqz ensuring market coverage. Merchant Activation . Need to ensure the activation on daily basis xqyqz once merchant is enrolled with us we need to ensure store get activated in same month. . Reviews contest and ensure visibility in all the stores Merchant Acquisition and Engagement . Meeting with all the Key merchants who all are enrolled with us and sharing the good practices and business update xqyqz

Designs contests for merchants and FOS's . Monitors new competitor actions in the Region - ensures adequate response from the team xqyqz counter by counter; Reports competitor moves to manager early
Required Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications MBA / Bachelors with a minimum 8-10 years of Sales experience b) Work Experience . Minimum 8 years of Sales experience, preferably with 5 years in EDC acquiring . Experience of handling large teams . Experience of handling merchant and stakeholder relationships directly in the past . Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment. . Exceptionally high motivation levels and needs to be a self-starter . Candidates worked with Pine Labs, HDFC, Paytm, PhonePe, Bharat Pe etc will be preferred
