Job Profile: Regional Manager (Nagpur) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee our operations in Nagpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operation and production of all plants, team management, sales and revenue generation, quality and efficiency management, and building strong relationships with partners, government authorities, and local stakeholders. The Regional Manager will also play a crucial role in establishing rules, regulations, and a code of conduct while ensuring compliance with documentation and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: 1. Operation and Production Management: - Oversee the operation and production activities of all plants within the region. - Ensure optimal efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines in all production processes. - Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity. 2. Team Management and Coordination: - Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve set targets and objectives. - Foster a positive work culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to team members, promoting their professional growth. 3. Quality, Efficiency, and Timeline Management: - Establish and maintain quality control measures to meet or exceed customer expectations. - Monitor and optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs. - Implement strategies to ensure timely delivery of projects and products. 4. Sales and Revenue Generation: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Identify new business opportunities and explore potential markets for expansion. - Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. 5. Establishment of Rules, Regulations, and Code of Conduct: - Develop and enforce rules, regulations, and a code of conduct for all employees. - Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements. - Promote a safe and inclusive work environment. 6. Relationship Building with Partners: - Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential partners. - Collaborate with partners to develop mutually beneficial initiatives. - Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements effectively. 7. Relationship Building with Government & Local Authorities: - Establish and maintain positive relationships with government authorities and local stakeholders. - Represent the organization in relevant forums, meetings, and events. - Stay updated on government policies and regulations affecting the industry. 8. Image Building & Network Building: - Enhance the organization\'s reputation and brand image in the region. - Engage in networking activities to expand professional contacts and partnerships. - Participate in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions. 9. PR, Media, and News Handling: - Act as the primary spokesperson for the organization in the region. - Manage public relations activities, media interactions, and press releases. - Handle crisis communications effectively and maintain a positive public image. 10. Communication, Coordination, and Management of Ground Stakeholders: - Liaise with various stakeholders, including local communities, suppliers, and contractors. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution. - Address stakeholder concerns and maintain open lines of communication. 11. Documentation and Compliance: - Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all processes, reports, and records. - Maintain compliance with industry standards, legal requirements, and certifications. - Conduct internal audits to identify and rectify any non-compliance issues. Qualifications and Experience: - MBA degree or equivalent in a relevant field. - Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role. - Proven track record of successfully managing operations and teams. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment. - Willingness to travel within Nagpur city for different ground projects. Salary: 4.2 LPA Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9420,000.00 - 9430,000.00 per year Benefits:
