Job Description


Job Overview :
- The Regional Marketing Manager will be based out of Delhi and lead all marketing initiatives relating to EHV\'s restaurants and bars in the North division.

- This experienced individual will develop comprehensive marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to drive foot traffic, generate revenue, increase on-site conversion, and ensure repeat business after departure.

- Additionally, the individual in this role will create, develop, and execute marketing campaigns spanning the entire acquisition and retention funnel to reach locals and tourists. Critical to this role is creativity, innovation, being a self-starter, and having a deep knowledge of the food and beverage industry in India.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :

- Develop and execute strategic ongoing marketing initiatives and events to target locals and tourists to promote Indian Accent, Comorin, Chor Bizarre, and other restaurants under EHV in Delhi.

- Developing and executing digital marketing planning, execution of brand campaigns, and deployment of strategies and tactics across social media, digital and creative design functions.

- To work with agencies to create, manage, and implement all-encompassing PR and marketing plans, both short and long term, to increase revenue, generate foot traffic and build awareness.

- Brainstorm and plan events calendars for the restaurants, including coordination with the internal teams and vendors to execute them end-to-end. To build relevant IPs - from concept to execution of collaboration tie-ups/sponsorships (Eg. EazyDiner, DineOut, etc.)

- To create budgets for all promotional activities, gather approvals from internal finance and admin teams and the reporting manager. Coordinating with admin and finance for vendor billing.

- Work closely with the event, operations, activations, and retail teams to ensure alignment of sales goals. This includes vendor management and coordination (eg. Printing)

- Manage and monitor all digital marketing campaigns, paid social, email, and traditional OOH media campaigns to leverage maximum ROI.

- Build a strong and engaged influencer program to build brand awareness and create user generated content.

- Build CRM and email database campaigns

- Manage outside agencies to direct support for PR, digital and email marketing, SEO, search, content creation, and creative campaigns.

- Oversee all reputation and citation management on Google, TripAdvisor, and other digital platforms.

- Plan and execute content strategy for all digital channels including handling shoots for new content.

- Proactively keep abreast of current trends and events in marketing, social technologies, new media, and relevant industries.

- Measure performance of all marketing programs and communicate results to upper management in a monthly regional report - basis approved format.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :

- The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all aspects of traditional and digital marketing tactics in the food and beverage industry.

- Strong project management skills, including the ability to multi-task and translate creative ideas into action with a clear ROI.

- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to write a marketing plan that communicates high-level strategy and actionable tactics.

- Team player, willing to do anything to get the job done.

- Must be able to work in a (very) fast-paced environment, multi-task and prioritize, and collaborate closely with multiple business units.

- Familiarity working with collaboration tools such as Monday, MS Suite inc. Teams, etc.

- 5-7 years professional experience in food and beverage marketing; experience across India preferred.
