What you\'ll do Regional IT Executive - Field Operations - Restaurant Chain - Gurgaon. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional IT Executive to oversee the IT infrastructure of our restaurants/outlets within a designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of various IT systems, including POS devices, desktop computers, CCTV systems, biometric devices, firewalls, printers, and landline lines. The Regional IT Executive will work closely with restaurant managers and IT support teams to deliver effective IT solutions that meet the needs of our business operations. Role & responsibilities:-

• Manage and oversee the IT infrastructure of restaurants/outlets within the designated region.
• Install, configure, and maintain POS devices, desktop computers, CCTV systems, biometric devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to restaurant managers and staff for IT-related issues.
• Monitor network performance and connectivity, and proactively address any issues to minimize downtime and disruptions to business operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment procurement, maintenance, and repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of IT equipment and systems to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
• Train restaurant managers and staff on the proper use and maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to restaurant IT operations and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.

Preferred candidate profile 1) BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred. 2) Proven experience in IT support and infrastructure management, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry. 3) Strong technical skills and knowledge of POS systems, desktop hardware/software, CCTV systems, biometric devices, printers, and networking equipment. 4) Knowledge of Firewall and WAN preferable. 5) Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions. 7) Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 6) Willingness to travel within the designated region and work flexible hours as needed. 7) Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
