Job Purpose Assist the RCCM in executing the company\'s customer marketing initiatives, spanning all operations of the assigned portfolio across all trade areas. Including hands-on campaign optimization, analytics, and reporting, as well as management of stakeholders across region and HO including sales, marketing, finance and logistics team at Haleon. Moreover, as a Regional Customer Marketing Executive at Haleon, reporting to the RCCM, you are responsible for planning and executing customer marketing plans and initiatives as per the category X channel strategy, within your region or a wider geography as decided. Locations Gurgaon, Mumbai, Kolkata & Bangalore Key Responsibilities The role has the following key deliverables: Support customer marketing - Be a regional SPOC for download, execution and tracking of customer marketing (activations / priorities) initiatives Travel Required - In Market Working expectation - 6-8 working days in a month Internal Stakeholders - Regional Leaders - RCCM, ASMs, RH | Head Office - Customer Marketing managers, Region Sales Team - TSEs, ASEs, Regional Finance, Regional Logistics External Stakeholders - Retail Distribution Wholesalers, Retailers, Key Accounts (In Region), Vendors Broad contours of the role - What you will need to do Set up and run a business communication process which ensures effective downloads and liaison between head office and the region in order to optimize key business opportunities. Analyze both internal and external sales (Sell-in, Sell- out) data to identify gaps, threats and opportunities within the region. Plan and propose next steps and actions. Monitor competitive activities and submit a regular report to track frequency and types of promotions taking place in the various trade sectors, documenting such activities for analysis, reporting and future referencing purposes. Identify sales operation / execution gaps and work with the field sales team to propose & implement corrective actions. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade activations and in-store activations to determine whether these meet the company objectives and make recommendations for future promotions Interact with Sales & Marketing regarding deadlines / lead time required for promotions, pack /price changes, new product launches, POSM connectivity and other elements to ensure on-time and effective implementation. Monitor and implement price surveys on selected competitive brands to track and graph trends over periods of time, for purposes of recommending for pricing strategies based on information received. To support new product launches via new distribution tracking, planograms, in-store visibility drive and timely roll-out in the trade. Minimum Level of Education Required MBA - General Management / Business Management. Strong Interpersonal & Analytical skills. Good presentation and communication skills. Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint tools. Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Area of Specialization Marketing, Sales Why is it required The incumbent would be required to plan yearly business, provide long term forecast, manage spends and ensure ROI. Also required is ability to make decisions based on cutting edge analytics and tools to keep the business in course. Previous Experience Required 4+ years of which at least 1 years will be in customer marketing in consumer industry. It would be preferred if the incumbent is handling similar role.
